The day Virgil's father, was betrayed marked a turning point that would forever reshape his world. It all began with the abrupt entry of six navy officers and a stern general into the Doctors lab, demanding immediate surrender of all data and developments related to Project FarStar. The threat of dire consequences loomed heavy.

Virgil stormed into the lab just as the officers departed, boxes brimming with research in tow. His outrage demanded answers, but his father was already moving towards emergency packs, urging Virgil to grab some and head to the hangar bay.

An explosion outside rattled their world. The Vanduul, an alien race, had emerged through a jump point, launching a full-scale assault on the UEE Naval forces and the planet. Chaos reigned, and swift action was imperative.

The Dr. instructed Sara to secure data cards and equipment while he and Virgil rushed to the hangar bay. But another explosion, and the ceiling caved in, separating him from Virgil. Unable to move forward with Virgil but resolute, he entrusted Virgil with a confusing mission statement of exacting vengeance against those who betrayed them before instructing him to join Sara.

"Find the secret bunker on a distant moon," he implored, "and wait for me. I'll come as soon as I can."

Virgil's heart ached as he fled, but he had no choice but to push onward.  Sara, coming from around a corner had taken an alternate route. With Sara by his side, he reached the secure bunker, complete with a prototype replicator for human clones. Five others manned the stations, and Sara took the lead.

However, secrets hidden within the bunker soon raised suspicion. It was too well-stocked, concealing mysteries within the equipment. The truth unveiled itself—betrayal by the UEE navy and the destruction of their world. The UEE was complicit, working on a clandestine project to create a clone army, with the doctors research at its core.

The navy had forcibly taken the data they required, then orchestrated the Vanduul's rampage, ensuring the obliteration of everything and everyone in their wake.

Virgil's trust in the navy crumbled. He realized they were the real adversaries. His vow: to liberate his father from their grasp.

Weeks passed, filled with tireless efforts to gather information and formulate a plan. Facing an imposing foe, Virgil and his comrades were resolute. The day to strike back finally arrived, with an audacious attack on the naval vessel believed to imprison his father.

Their daring plan involved Virgil being ejected from an airlock, floating near the naval fleet in his flight suit, using a hacking device to gain entry. He secured a military outfit and infiltrated the room where his father was held.

But the reunion was not as expected. The doctor was quick to inform Virgil that he himself carried the key to cloning as part of his DNA structure. Without it the system doesn't work. The commander of this fleet was not working openly with the UEE navy and wanted to create a clone army. Virgil needed to leave without him so they don't discover the truth or it may lead to the destruction of the UEE itself.

As Virgil processed the revelation, a gunshot rang out. He fell to the ground, the icy grip of death enveloping him.

In a blinding moment, Virgil's eyes flickered open in one of the bunker's hospital beds. It wasn't the first time he'd awoken in confusion within a hospital room. This time with the only last memories of preparing for the mission. He was overwhelmed at not knowing if he ever was able to reach his father.

Virgil and the team were determined more than ever to discover the truth. He would forever remember the lessons it taught him—the power of betrayal, but also the power of resilience and the unwavering commitment to uphold his promise, with the unwavering support of Sara and Hansen, to strike vengeance against those who had betrayed them.

Though this history has been written it is nothing more than hearsay, conspiracy, and propaganda since a universal wipe that followed resetting almost everything as it once was. However, some things remained, the destruction of the Virgil system, and a bunker buried deep underground unbeknown to anyone.
